I contacted Willard, they came out and provided me an estimate to a new unit and everything else I needed.  It was pretty easy.  They came the following day.  As we know it’s never a good time for your unit to go out but it was an easy process.  My installer Leo was amazing. Him and his crew stepped in and got right to work, cleaned, answered all my questions as well. I will use them again (hopefully not for a long time).

Update 12/26/25  Roy Ferrusca did great. Follow-up was awesome. Stayed on top of everything. Got permits and coordinated workers. City approved all today.

Update 12/19/25 Jimmy did great. Professional, courteous and checked unit thoroughly.

Update 06/26/25 Art Murray was excellent! Explained what we needed. Was thorough, professional and courteous. Definitely an asset to Willard! Very likeable too. On time and did and did a great job.

Update 05/21/24 still excellent. CJ was excellent. Explained things thoroughly. This encouraged me to proactively replace capacitor while it was still under warranty. I've used Willard for years, very pleased.

Update 12/29/23 still excellent. Very pleased with Peyton, customer service, and Willard in general. Used them for years.

Update 06/26/23 excellent! Air wasn't working. Quick response, got it working and made sure it was fixed before Brandon left. Very, very pleased. Friendly, professional, courteous, great job! Thank you.

Art Murray came for my winter HVAC check. Willard comes twice a year as part of our service contract. He found some unresolved installation issues and was VERY thorough to solve an oil leak mystery. I appreciate him for taking extra time to investigate and share with me what was going on. We have a relatively new system from Willard, installed in 07/22.
