Outstanding service! The technician arrived on time and did a thorough check of my system. Since my A/C system was 18 years old, I wasn’t surprised that it was time for a replacement. He went through everything step by step and answered all of my questions. It was nice speaking with someone so knowledgeable. The installers arrived within two days and showed up on time. I was pleasantly surprised when the job was completed earlier than was expected. I highly recommend Willard for any of your A/C needs!!

The technician was very sweet and explained everything to me (along with pictures and videos). He was on time and respectful and made sure to walk me through his diagnosis and recommendations on what needed to be done. He also went the extra mile to make sure my repairs were scheduled asap.

Great service experience with Willard Heating and Cooling. Although it was determined that my 20 year old system needed to be replaced, I couldn’t ask for a better service experience. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and explained in much detail the issue I was having and reason to replace. Not a huge surprise seeing the system is 20 years old, but still appreciated the detail and transparency. And were out in less than 2 hours on a Sunday. Pretty awesome.
