“Aaron was so thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He is just an overall pleasure talking with. In my four years using Willard, I have NEVER had a technician as thorough as Aaron. At one point, I looked out my window and saw what appeared to be a water hose. He cooled/washed the outside unit!?!?!?!? He did such an overall fantastic job.
This young man took his time with EVERYTHING. When the service was completed, he showed me pictures/readings and offered additional available services. He was well worth the wait. In the future, Aaron will be the technician that I will request. He is a KEEPER!! Aaron is FANTASTIC. Just FANTASTIC!!
